Every piece in “Farida” carries the name of an inspiring woman,
but this shirt, in particular, carries the name of a person you can’t meet and pass by without leaving a lasting memory.

Ayah...
She was the most passionate about life,
she saw joy in our smallest details,
and she loved to always see us at our best.

Work brought us together, friendship kept us close, and there were moments when Ayah would always say to me:
“You’re the smartest… don’t leave this place, this is your dream.”

I used to tell people, “Lawrence is so lucky to have Ayah.”
Maybe you don’t know yet that I decided to carry her name on the very first piece in this collection.

Four months ago, we discovered Ayah’s cancer diagnosis,
but, as always, she faced everything with the same energy and the same presence full of life and love.

Ayah... the strong friend, the one whose laughter is like life itself.
This shirt is like you, because you were the first to open this dream with me.
